This Item is in Very Good Condition. There are some normal signs of wear (ripped tolex, broken plastic corner, small tear in grill cloth) but overall it is in great shape for an amp of it's age. It is fully functional and was recently serviced at Professional Technical Services (PTS) in Toledo, OH. Includes original four-button footswitch.
Built for only a few years in the mid-to-late 1960s, the Vox V1121 Buckingham is a rare bird indeed. With it's state-of-the-art (at the time) solid state 35w power section, three channels with two inputs and different controls per channel, built-in tremolo and reverb, treble boost, mid-range boost (MRB), rack-mounted tilt-back 2x12 speaker cabinet, and a slew of other unique features, there have not been many amps that look or sound like this one before or after it's time. A true collectors piece and also a great player's amp for someone looking for their own, unique voice. This could be the one.
